AQUA AEROBICS

Exercising in water takes all the pressure off your joints and allows you to exercise pain free. There is a great atmosphere in the class and you can feel the energy coming off everyone. Its a great way to start your day with classes as early as 6.15am in the summer. Or it is a great way to destress after a long day in the office. 

There are a variety of times to choose from and different intensities too. Come try out a few classes to see which one best suits you.

These are hard classes. They consist of swimming lengths and jumping out the pool to do certain exercises.

It is $10 per class and you have to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
